I want to review this hotel in hindi Saturday maine hotel me stay kiya for 2 days bhai sahab staff member and manager was too good and humble sach me yeh hotel bhot hi affordable and accha hai you guys must visit

I booked my hotel through Oyo app for 500 per night whereas on arriving at the hotel i was asked for 1000 per night. I feel it is the cheating on the part of oyo. Hotel Service was poor. They even charge you for the water bottles, pathetic should have been involved in room rent.

Worst hotel till my experience:- Don’t book this hotel because of these reasons:- 1. They are not providing check ins if you have booked through OYO or booking.com 2. They will ask for extra money to give the room almost double 3.The customer is not left with any other option rather than to give extra money to the property because the nearest OYO from this location is 7kms away 4. If you have booked through OYO they have to give complementary breakfast but they will also charge extra for breakfast 5. Their don’t even have restaurants they have their small kitchen with very bad quality food at much higher than expectations. Don’t book this hotel if you want a pleasant stay in Gorakhpur

Room was little spaceous and hygienic, well staff behaviour. No room available with balcony, AC will not work after electricity cut, rest things will work.
