The very bad experience. None of the staff speaks English, the rooms are dirty and small. There is no hot water and the whole room smells of mold and humidity. A guy from the staff bothered my girlfriend and I to take photos, he entered the room without knocking... completely without manners. Moreover, as if that wasn't enough, the hotel manager at checkout changed the price and added more than 500 rupees to the final price. He even tried to make us pay for breakfast when in reality he told us it was included. Halfway through our stay they made us change rooms for no reason, having to repack our bags without helping us to move them. TERRIBLE, never again! I hope this review can help some other travelers not to end up in the same trap of paying $20 a night for a room that is perhaps barely worth $4!!

Hotel Royal Monarch at Gorakhpur exceeded our expectations in terms of ambience and room quality. The room was not only spacious and clean but was also beautifully decorated. The room service staff were extremely polite, friendly and attentive, making our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. We wish to extend our most grateful thanks to Mr. Vivek Singh for making our stay most memorable. It was a home away from home in true sense. We wish to come back to it again.

Decent hotel , rooms was not neat and clean as expected big spiders in the room . Food was pretty good and in good price but service was delayed

Good service in terms of extra blankets, towels,providing food n beverages promptly. The only area of improvement are the phone charging facilities which are not secure enough.

One of the pathetic service staff here don't even know how to talk to guest ...AC not working ....old washroom ....worst breakfast ...you will be forced to choose what they offer you

It was such a wonderful stay with this treebo hotel. Very specious and comfortable room i got. Room and washroom both were cleaned and hygienic condition. Good loaded Amenities both in room and washroom. Location wise i will give full Star because you can find transportation easily those who are not traveling by their own vehicle. All the staff members were so loyal and trustworthy. Overall it was amazing stay.

While this hotel decor may not be its strong suit, the staff's exceptional service more than made up for it. They were always friendly and approachable, ready to help with any queries or concerns. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore nearby landmarks and enjoy local cuisine. Despite the room's minimal decor, it was tidy, well-maintained, and had a comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, largely thanks to the wonderful staff.

I had a fantastic experience, mainly due to the outstanding staff service. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room, while lacking in decorative elements, was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. Moreover, the hotel's location was unbeatable, with various landmarks and dining options nearby. For an affordable stay with excellent staff and a convenient location, I highly recommend this place."
