Near to airport but a bit far away from the hustle bustle of the city. Rooms are lush and clean and gives a luxury feel. Wooden floors gives a rich look. Accomodation is fairly good enough servers are good and well mannered. Ideal for conferences, marriage accommodation or ceremonial stays. Though the room services is a bit on the higher side.

The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable without being overbearing. They were more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences and provided insightful recommendations. The overall experience was enhanced by the restaurant's and specially appreciate service given by Akshay.

Very bad hotel i have ever seen in my life as well as poor services and also so much expensive. They are providing cheap oily and ort foods with high cost & they use hidden camera as well. Please avoid this hotel if u want a good rooms and services.

Hi Everything is good but the behaviour of morning staff saphire management is very rude the way he talks and treats guest is very rude ritesh dixit or something is his name please ask management to be polite towards the guest as some guest aren’t aware about the things and stewards can keep there talks at back area or the kitchen area u get to know what they are speaking about you or the other guest thanks

Best food including staff services and rooms are perfectly maintained. Can be visited by families. Early checkin benefit was also provided. I came at 8 AM in the morning. The gave me the room without any extra cost. Overall best interms of everything

Stunning property with great amenities and very well maintained and decorated rooms.. And the location is very good too...well mannered staff with good communication... Enjoyed staying at th place... If i visit Lucknow again this will be my first place to stay....

I stayed at the hotel for a night as I was passing through to varanasi. It was a luxury feel, service was good and the breakfast had a good spread of cuisine. Room was comfortable and good (didn’t have internet or hot water) but overall a comfortable stay. As I had a late bus they let me leave my luggage and relax in the dinning area.

Had a pleasant stay. Prime location,Rooms are clean and spacious. Front desk is very cooperative and helpful. Food is delicious. Highly recommend. Excellent for solo, group and family stay.is also very nice staff is very cooperative and helpful
