Hotel Shelter Charbagh Lucknow

We booked the executive room. Worst experience I ever had, whatever they wrote in the amenities section , nothing they provide you. Many times I asked for soap but they didn't gave us very basic thing. Room sizes are very small. There is no difference between delux and executive rooms even then also they provide shampoo only not soap. Too many mosquitoes in the room, for that they didn't provide any mosquito repellent (all out). Dirty room . Dim light shady room. Tv is also not working. The no balcony and window for fresh air. Washroom exhaust was not working. No proper supply of fresh air. It was suffocating. Overall it is highly overpriced for what service they provide.

My experience with my last stay at Hotel Shelter is not good and the rent is not justified in its availability. As there is no dental kit, shaving kit, comb and drinking water is provided as well there is no availability of geysers in the room. Mosquitoes bite me all night. So for that reason I didn't feel like staying there again in the future. Matrises are not good.

Pathetic experience, took room for a day and got this stained bedsheets as welcome.. their staff told me they get the sheets washed once in a month. Authorities should cancel license of this kind of fraudsters. I will file a complaint to the concerned department for sure.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in Lucknow since we had a train the next day. It's super close to the railway station, which was convenient. I told them more than five times that the bedsheet had a cut and needed replacement, but they didn't do anything about it in the end. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape, with everything leaking. The room was also pretty small, but we could manage. However, the service was terrible. No one seemed to care about our concerns, and even the Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Good hotel in 1500 range. But don't try food here. Very bad food they provide.

The first advantage of the place is that it is close to the station and it is right in front of the market where you can shop or eat. But if we talk about the inside of the hotel, at least I didn't like anything except the reception. Because when you enter your room, the first thing You will see the paint peeling off the walls and the stains on the bed sheet which is not good at all. Window curtains may also open suddenly. There are some people who came to give food and enter the room without your permission and talk without any reason where you ask for their help or not is not a big reason for them.
