Hotel O Vimal Residency

Rooms are very small. Cupboard not cleaned. Bathroom is congested and dirty as well. Water logging issue. No drinking water facilities. They provide tap water in re used plastic bottle. Blanket soily linen having spots. Receptionist not cooperative. Hotel owner doesn’t want to talk to the customer even if customer is having room issues. He replies through receptionist that if you to take room accept it or leave and cancel it. Hotel owner tries to lure extra money in the name of providing hot water in bathroom even if it is in the amenities and inclusion of room. It total waste of money and time. In the same amount better options are available. Sorry couldn’t click any pics as I checked out early out of too much inconvenience and frustration from the hotel service.

Stayed in continuously two day's and fully satisfied for the services the staff.. staff is very calm and respective and when I reached on the first day that i told to them to checkin for me and they directly alloted me a room without any discontinuity type of questions I saw nowadays too many people's are suffering for the trouble of the rejection of the bad staff of the hotels but ya you can visit here without any fear supportive staff and spend a very good and satisfiening days in the hotel you should to come here and take a good service from the staff members......

I have booked for 7 to 8 feb.but, checked out by hotel owner 7 feb. Without intimation.when I reached hotel in evening approximately 9 PM(7th feb.)then,hotel owner forcefully told me for good rating.when I denied to give rating and I told him "mai Oyo se baat krta hu" then he said me "thik hai aap baat kar lijiye aur hotel se bhi nikal jaiye" Service is not good, he bothered me because they are demanding extra money rs.200 for gysor. Checked in time one staff came in bathroom and affix tape on gysor board.rooms are very small not sufficient for family.

I book this hotel for 2 days since my train was late I called owner and he asked me to pay 250/- token amount. I asked can I pay fully in oyo app he declined. So i transferred 250 RS. When I reached at lucknow and reached to hotel at 2am. The receptionist asked me to pay 500/- more I asked the reason, he said that we are providing deluxe room, i asked but I booked normal room then why should I pay extra and go to deluxe room. He said that they have give it some one else. After arguing for 15 minutes, we are shifted to deluxe room and he said he will change room in morning. The room was dirty, blanket were not cleaned washroom was dirty. Even there was no water to drink. In morning, I left as I had some work and I gave keys to shift to other room and also the room should be cleaned. When I came in evening , again the same issue. Washroom not cleaned. I was hungry so ordered food from their menu since outside food not allowed. They charged hotel prices but quality was very bad. In next morning when I was doing chekout, the receptionist asked me to open Oyo app, the reason I asked, he asked me to provide rating. I declined so he informed his owner and he also asked about rating which receptionist told that customer is saying that will do after sometime. They also charged 10% on food bill as service charge.

I am doing one star rating because they charged extra 800 while I had already booked a room but started saying that book one more room. Said that if you do not book another room then we will give room nhi. The area was not good. The blanket was dirty. The rest is up to you. And do the rating yourself at the time of checkout. The reason for the high rating

Rooms are Ok ok. Washrooms are below average. Do not book from Oyo or some other app, they won't allow you to check in until you complete their basic Amount which is 800 rupees. Even if you book through any app they'll charge extra coz their prices starts from 800 for classic room which is not that bad. Deluxe room prices are 1400-1500.

By this app we can easily book a room according to our location , rooms are very neat and clean oyo applications are very fast working , we can easily payment the rent by online transaction in a few second. Oyo room service is great. We should recommend others people to use Oyo App

took 427 rupees extra charges for 9.30am check-in food quality is very bad and very late service if they can't provide better quality of food then why they have restricted outside food? after that they also charge 10% extra service charges. at the end they are were also forced me to give 5 stars ratings.. very very unexpected bad experience from oyo.
