OYO Flagship 13652 Hotel Rajput

Giving one star rating as you can't give zero stars. Doors wouldn't lock from outside for some rooms so your security is in hands of the staff. Washrooms are in a disarray. No service in TV or wifi. A single soap provided in name of toiletries. Bed linen extremely dirty and stained. Fans make so much sound that it feels like they will fall any time on your head. Staff will pass the buck to the manager who will say yes to all your complaints but will do nothing about it. Extremely close to Lucknow train station and charbagh metro though.

Please read from top to bottom 🙏 Please don't vist this hotel , because its not worth it . I explain incident which happens with me , So basically i travel for my ssc exam and on so many website this hotel rate is 10 which is( exceptional) i don't know what type of glitch or whatever but i booked it so i reached on 11th sept 24 and my exam on 12 th sept so on exam day i ready to went for my exam and so i gave the key to the receptionist and i walk away . Then when i back to hotel i saw that my room was open and totally disturbed so i went to the reception and complained about it but the y say it was laundry man so he took the key and open your room for the laundry, so i told them that without my permission how can they allow someone to open my room and how can they give the room key . But they only give the excuse that we are sorry and the laundry man took your bed sheet and towel for washing. ,,, 2. Second: the room service was too bad , toilets are too dirty and on second day they didn't give me the towel so that i think is okay but on the third day i have train about 5:30 and i asked the receptionist to please provide me a towel and they said we will arrange it in 5 min , but after an hour i again call on reception fro the towel again they said they will arrange the towel in 5 mins , then after 3 hours i checked out because i have train so, i asked what about the towel so they give the excuse that they didn't have the towel in spares, ( in my review every hotels has spare towels and laundry with them. ) but in this they didn't have that . Pathetic service, pathetic hotel , pathetic excuses . I don't know why the booking.com given the rating of 10 which was not worth it . Pathetic experience

Be ware ..... The worst hotel I have ever experienced, tge worst staff and yge worst service , they will take booking of big room, then will give you small room and then will tell storybook whole day and then will give big room in the night wo bhi Ehsan dikha k but at the time of Check out they are charging full amount ... no commitment nothing is there in them... be ware while booking with them... it will be your own risk ... the full staff there is fraud ...

Rooms are not maintained properly, Bathroom are extremely dirty. Maintanence is 0. Service staff is not polite, and they are very cunning, and will try to charge money through various ways. Do not believe the pictures uploaded by the hotel at all. Honestly it's not worth the price.

Worst experience, Rude behavior of staff they ask for more money at the time of check-out. Rooms are dirty and service of the hotel is Worst. They are totally fraud, they don't care about costumers they only looking for how to make fool to the Guest. I request kindly spend one night at charbhag railway station platform but don't book this hotel at any cost.
