Rooms cleaning was not up to the mark, Small cockroaches were roaming around, blanket condition is visible in the pictures. Not recommended

Horrible experience.... Bedsheets were not washed.....cleanliness not maintained......offline cost too costly.... only positive thing is location is near to Hussain ganj metro station....Food was not tat good...wat v order they always deliver extra quantity and we have to pay for tar extra quantity....never book this hotel...

Just checked the official website and found that the price of family room is 3500 but they charged me 4000 with out breakfast. Didn't expect such a behaviour.

The toilets stink a lot ,no hospitality etiquettes for receptionist .I booked the room through walking.found that I paid extra when compared to Agoda and other apps .next day I checked out and checked in .for which the receptionist got pissed off and tried speaking rudely .the food is too expensive .better go outside near hindola naaka to enjoy food .overall bad experience .never recommend this hotel

Hotel property is very old types. Interiors are really old and require improvement. Food was just ok. The only plus point of this hotel is its location being really very close (only 2-3 minutes drive) from Charbaag railway station at Lucknow. 😊

One of the most worst experience. donot stay in this hotel .the receptionist is the most ill mannered person .no hospitality ideas .smell of dampness in dining ,food is costly ,toilets not clean ,acs not in good condition

Location wise it's fine. Good for small reception and family functions. Basic rooms are small. On the positive side, they have lift. Food was good and freshly made. They have a Persian cat also. Don't order coffee or tea, they will deliver in their own convenient time. And that too tasteless.
