OYO Hotel Europe Plaza Near Sahara Ganj Mall

The owner said that if he is charging 1000 and above that, that means he is providing first class services and by looking at the room at first glance you can say that and we trusted him and our "first glance" only to later realise that we were wrong. The room we were in, ac was not working there properly so we changed it and the same thing happened in the 2nd room also. And when we told him he said we are only complaining to disturb him because according to him his ac's are the best but why we will do this, when we are paying 1000 for 1 day we expect everything to be atleast good because according to him 1000 is the lowest he is charging and as customer we can expect this right. TVs were not working, furniture were too old that the room was smelling so there is this idiom in Hindi that we can use here haathi ke daant dikhane ke kuch or khane ke kuch or ,so if u want to stay here check everything properly.....

Lots of cockrotches. They said they have wifi but it was not working for 2 days and then I had to change the hotel.
