Hotel O Virasat Guest House

Worst OYO ever, I would not recommend anyone to ever book it, staff was very rude, washroom was very dirty and even after continuously telling them to clean the washroom they did not. The bed sheet was so dirty it was a used room. We waited for a while and then left the room because it was so bad.

Service is so best in this hotel,I am stay first time in this hotel but good service provide by manager.

The rooms were very unhygienic, full of dust and mosquitoes and other insects. Room was on the terrace on the 4th floor with no lift. This is despite a booking made 12 hours in advance. Had to abandon the booking and move to another hotel. Please don't go by the pics shown on the website or OYO app. The real state of affairs is completely different and awful.

Location is very interior, food is pathetic, bathroom was clean but room not maintained properly, bedsheets were not clean & change of bedsheet was not done the next day, service is very slow, TV did not have any paid channel, on asking atleast 10-12 times they changed the set-top box. Cook was on leave & they do not allow outside food in the hotel. Moreover its not a hotel, it is a guest house kind of stay.

Horrible Experience. Oyo is located in a colony where every aunty stares at you if you are with a girl. Food was not available to me at that time but they mentioned kitchen in oyo app. Cabs and zomato delivery boy refuses to come as the streets are very dirty and congested. Rooms are very dirty and there was a lot of hairs in bathroom floor, when i complaint on oyo assist the receptionist was arguing with me and looking with anger as he will beat me. So I left the oyo without check out and they refused to refund. I called 5 time to the oyo customer care and they were very rude and said that it was the mistake of property owner but i didn't give up so they refunded my whole amount. It was my first worst experience in oyo as the oyo was in premium category with 4+ oyo rating. Always check reviews on google they force you to give 5 stars on oyo app. Don't ever stay in this oyo feels very unsafe.

Dont get fooled by booking this hotel from OYO. There is a person name mohit will call you for the amount paying through UPI. Then when you reach to hotel, hotel staff refuse the booking. They are doing scams only. Beware of this frauds
