A room with subtle coloured paint and clean and crisp linens furnished with comfortable furniture gives you am amazing experience. Everything about the place was so aesthetic. Everyone from reception to room service was so supportive and sweet and made my stay really memorable.

It was just an okay stay. I stayed there for two nights and there was a problem in light and that's why the AC was not working properly. The voltage was getting very low and sometimes became very high. On the 2nd day there was no water not even to wash your face. And the worst part was finding the location of the hotel. It will be a nightmare. The room service was very poor. You will have wait eternity to get what you asked for. But I would like to mention that the property was new and the rooms were clean. This was the only pro of this hotel.

Although hotel was satisfactory but location of hotel is very inside a rough road. You can't reach there without google map. Public conveyance is also not available at night. Due to electricity fluctuation AC not works properly. Staff cooperation is good.

Rooms are not that clean and mainly bedsheet, pillow , etc looks really dirty. Attention!!! they don't have extra mattress if any 3rd person wantos to leave in same room even after willing to pay extra

The hotel offers you quick check-ins and check-outs. Strict hygiene is maintained at the hotel. Rooms are well maintained. Hotel is easily accessible via public transport. I had an amazing experience.

Pros - Smooth checking, staffs are helping in nature. Cons- TV was not working, WIFI speed is very slow (like 2G network)

One of best hotel in Lucknow. Wow hospitality by Mr Ravindra and Mithun.Stayed all most 10 days felt homely atmosphere.Thanks once again Mr Ravindra Kumar for your great coopration.

Hotel staff is very rude specially the staff in the front desk . They are cheaters . They will take money from you and not allot you rooms when you arrive for check in . They ask for extra money even after booking from various room aggregators
