Hotel Millenia Regency Lucknow

The service was poor. There is one women who manages hospitality in the hotel Her name is Anushka. She was so rude to everyone. She was shouting on her staff and even shouting on my family members because we were asking her the services she promised but she was just on the verge or spoiling our event. It was such a terrible experience. We booked them for my sisters engagement it was really worst service specially this girl Anushka she needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Worst hotel I can surely say. 1. I was provided room number 301 which had quilt with stains, mirror with stains, even door lock was broken 2. I visited to restaurent for dinner where there were so many mosquitos, I couldn't even sit for long. I ordered brown bread cheese sandwich for which I got white bread sandwich. 3. There was no form mentioning numbers to dial in the room for services. Also, I had to call through my mobile to ask number to dial restaurent. 4. I had asked for food menu over call but I didn't get even after 2 hours. Such a bad and pathetic experience and I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ritima from the restaurant was very helpful and went out of her way to take care of our needs. She was very attentive, courteous and ready to please. Please make sure that her hard work is being recognized by the organization. Thank you Ritima.

We booked a larger room and when we reached they gave us a very small room after complaining they took so much time to change the room. Washrooms were not good at all and shower was not working after complaining for 5-6 times they sent a technician. No kits were provided which was mentioned while booking hotel again when we complaint about it after 5-6 times they said we only give to people who ask which is supposed to be complimentary. Room has so many mosquitos even after complaining they do nothing about it. And location is also not good at all. Food is too expensive. Overall not a good experience at all.

Pathetic experience so far. No hotel water infact hotel has provided us bucket water with jug. Buffet breakfast has very limited options. Dinner Buffet has got only 2 options in main course. Foreign object in food. No drinking water in room. Dirty washroom with No toilet roll no towel. TV non functional.

This is very pathetic hotel. Provides Stale food. No cleanliness. Don't even give enough shower gel. They will give you stone in form of soap which is good for nothing. Overall hotel stay is good for nothing. Don't stay even free.

Millenia Regency I stayed at Millenia Regency for a vacation . We booked a standard room with two queen beds. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the modern decor and cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with amenities. However, we encountered some issues with the hotel's customer service. When I tried to change our booking date, the agent was unhelpful and charged us an excessive fee. Additionally, the hotel attempted to charge my card multiple times, even though I had selected "Pay at Property." Despite these issues, the hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was generally friendly. Overall, I would rate Millenia Regency 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Exceptional service the staff went above and the beyond to make our stay memories the room was spotless and the amenities were top notch highly recommend
