I booked a room on 28th October 2025 through MakeMyTrip (MMT). I had informed the hotel owner that my train was delayed and that I would reach by 2 a.m. However, when I arrived at the location, I called them more than 25 times, but they didn’t respond or open the hotel gate. I was scared and had to wait outside the hotel. Their policy clearly mentions that the hotel is open 24 hours, yet no one was available to attend to me. Around 2:30 a.m., I had to walk and search for another hotel. In the morning, when I called them to request a refund, they said, “We don’t provide refunds. You can ask MMT for that.” I have all the proof and CCTV recordings as evidence. If MMT does not take any action against them, I will file a complaint in the Consumer Forum. This hotel is completely fake and is running a scam.
