Collection O Sr Inn

I recently stayed at SR INN for a few nights, and overall, it was an average experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite, though not particularly warm or welcoming. The room was clean and adequately furnished, but it felt a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, but the air conditioning was noisy, which was slightly bothersome. The bathroom was functional, though the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Basic amenities like toiletries and a kettle were provided, but nothing beyond the essentials. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it had a decent variety, the quality of food was just average. The restaurant service was slow, and some dishes lacked freshness. The hotel also had a gym and a small pool, but both seemed poorly maintained. For the price, SR INN offers a reasonable stay, but it doesn’t stand out in any way. It’s suitable for a short visit if you’re not expecting luxury. However, with some improvements in service and maintenance, it could be a much better choice.

Firstly it shows the price of 1040/- for two rooms but when we reached the property they say that two rooms are of Rs 2450/-. Even the food served was of worst quality. Oyo scammed us by showing low booking amount at the time of booking & after reaching property price increased automatically.

This hotel is worst and their staff is also worst when the accept your checkin they demand more money and if you don't give they deny you to check in and when you connect to Oyo customer service hotel staff tell them they are allowing but customer is not accepting the checkin then you will be stuck on your own Oyo support also doesn't provide you any help or didn't give you refund I wasted my money their and didn't get any refund worst experience ever don't go in this hotel worst staff and hotel.

Worst Hotel In Lucknow… Staff Is just ridiculous. Rude in behaviour, rooms are too dirty. If you are watching 5 star review, it must be fake review for sure.. hotel owner and his brother is goon and typical Samajwadi Gunda.

Most review are fake!!!! location is very bad. 1. Once I arrived, hotel staff asked for an extra price. That time I had no option so I paid. 2. I went outside after a few hours checked-in hotel and told hotel staff that I will checkout tomorrow but while leaving (after a few hours checked-in) they checked out this booking and took my phone and gave it a 5 star rating (took my phone and said I wanna modify this booking).I was not aware why they checked-out without my permission. I haven't signed anywhere while leaving this hotel. 3. They called me when I was in my room and said give 5 star rating to this building otherwise I need to leave the room immediately.

I have book this hotel through OYO I visited with my mother ( she is patient) at 9 Am . And selected the room for stay One staff told that this will be ready around 12 Pm…. And go out hospital with my mother for treatment. And I came around 1 pm and one lady staff argued with me that still room is not clean and not vacant . . She is literally illiterate women, She doesn’t know how to talk with customer, why this type od staff hired, I don’t know . In that time oyo service manager also in the call . And collection sr inn women staff denied to talk with oyo services manager.. dear collection Sr inn first learn your staff and then hire.. this is the first time with me .. I have added some photo of the lady staff . So please don’t stay in this hotel very very very bad experience.

Worst hotel in Lucknow.. The best part of the hotel are their galleries. The moment you enter the room it smell like a garbage. The paints are shredding. Most of the wall are damp. Beside the manager did not accept Oyo rooms online charge. I checked in late so I had to take the room . Please find your self another room , even horse shelter is better than the hotel room

If anyone who is watching my review I advise you don't go to this hotel at all. First of all they will charge you extra and most important thing location is very bad kind of mumbaiya chawl feeling and you will not get any public transportation nearby and even ola wnd uber auto refuse to come there because it's not good place. #don'tgotothishotel.
