I stayed almost 3 days there the hospitality and service was very good.... Also the staff was very helpfulful.... If you are planning to stay in lucknow you can visit there ❤️🥀

Near to the Lucknow char Bagh station but the quality of room service is not that good. They compromise with the hygiene of the people and there AC is direct they don’t give you the remote of AC and TV. Staffs were good but the cost of the room was 1800 per day which is slightly higher than other hotels . So choose it wisely.

The rooms are over-priced with respect to the facilities provided. Bed sheets have cigarette burns, and water kept dripping in the bathroom. WiFi connectivity isn't proper in every room. Geyser is there for only namesake. What came as a shocker to me was a rat that trespassed the room frequently (when complained, they said I must have brought some food into room).

Not clean at all ! The doors of the washroom aren't able to close and the whole room smell so bad there is no jet and soap neither towels and slippers for washrooms. Food was ok . The price was more than expected .. u can get better hotels with same price. Fraud
