ANR HOTEL

I had a wonderful stay at ANR Hotel, Lucknow. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The price is also very reasonable. The best part was the polite and cooperative staff. I really liked the way they interacted, very professional and humble. The 24-hour receptionist service was very helpful as well. Overall, this hotel is perfect in terms of comfort, hospitality, and budget. Highly recommended!

A fack and real feedback for this hotel.. too many cockroaches in room .. when you sleep cockroaches can be on your bed as well. There is no warm water, WC is shocked up.. etc Honestly speaking.. i had a very worst experience in this ANR hotel.. suggesting all not to look after this hotel for a stay in Charbagh, Lucknow. Even the Staff talks big big things but outcome is 0.

Recently I was planning to come Lucknow and choose to stay ANR hotel. staff and owner was very generous to give me good deal even provided better price than online platform. Due to some reason my trip was cancelled and I also cancelled my booking and asked for refund for my advance money that I transferred to confirm my booking without understanding their policy I said many wrong things about their hotel that I’m regret about and still they even refunded my money. I highly recommend whoever planning to come Lucknow please stay in ANR hotel because the service you will get here I don’t any other hotel can provide in same price being a great hotel in affordable price with good service and great staff you can’t ask for more highly recommended.

The hotel is located in just 1kms away from the Charbagh station. The rooms are a little small for the price but cleanliness ans service is top notch. We even had food here and even that was very good. So if you are okay with small sized rooms then this hotel is a great pick.

The experience was great, although there are few things I would like to mention a few things. Food was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was Good too (except one person). cons: There wasn't warm water available. AC was slow to cool the room, looked like it was not serviced. A guy disturbed 3 times in the same evening for food... Other than that everything was pretty good. Thanks for the Amazing experience.

If you are looking for a good hotel in Lucknow then never come to this hotel. They cheat the customers. They tell different prices at the time of booking and when you reach the reception you get to know something else. The hotel is not good at all in terms of cleanliness, bed sheets are not clean, bathroom is not clean, towels are very stained, there is no handwash in the dispenser. Tea material is not already available in the room, it is given on request, even the electronic kettle is not clean and What praise can I say about this hotel, just never go to this hotel.

So I want to be honest this was my first time away from my house. As I reached the hotel they welcome me with smiles. Staff are like so good let's talk about cleanliness it's topnotch. The bed was comfy washroom was clean. Property is in heart of Lucknow you can access everything from there. Smooth check in check out. Even if you want to visit Lucknow places they will suggest you that you should go there it's like home .

The place is less and does not work properly. The manager needs to be a little attentive. None of the staff was listening to him.. except 3-4 people, no one was listening to him there.. even the glass tray was not up to his standard and the cleaning was also not proper. It was taking a lot of time to bring the food, all the guests were waiting, even the plates If all this happens in front of the guests, then obviously no one would like it. Someone is standing with a plate but the staff is not able to take the food. Requires a little care
