Hotel O Charbagh formerly Khalsa Inn

The hotel is very pathetic. In my around 20 years of traveling experience, I have not seen such a dirty hotel. I reached the hotel at about 11:00 PM and found all the rooms shown by the staff in a very shabby condition. The quilt and bedsheet provided by the hotel are very dirty. The toilet is in very bad condition. As I reached the hotel at midnight, I had no option other than to stay in the hotel. If I have time, I will not stay in this hotel even though I have already paid the whole amount. I request everyone not to book this stay hotel. The hotel is totally different as shown in the pictures of the booking site.

I had booked another room .. had word with on lady. Room for booked by false statement from oyo executive stating that room is only 1.2 km away from another hotel which I was previously booking. Once I reached it was almost 10-12 km away. Worst service oyo executive I won't consider oyo for future.. furthermore she told that you have done complete payment no more payment need to be done including early check in.But once I reached 300 extra was charged for early check in. I literally check out within 5-6 hours

This is a good budget hotel. Location is good. Not far from Aminabad and Hajratganj. Well communicated with railway station too. Rooms are little bit small or compact. Hotel service was satisfactory. Room and washroom was clean. If one is looking for value for money option, then this is the place.

Whether you'll like or dislike this hotel depends on your purpose - mine was business but it's a couple-friendly hotel - so if the latter's your purpose, then you'll ignore the lack of cleanliness, small rooms, smaller washrooms, smallest lift to accommodate literally 1 person at a time, slow service & just OK food (outside food not allowed). Also goibibo ranks this hotel as 4* & shows it has parking space (which in reality is the open road) but Google Maps says it's a 2* hotel which is closer to reality. Also you can enjoy sounds of prayers aided by loudspeakers in the neighborhood 5 times a day (if you know what I mean)..to be fair, can't really blame the hotel for that.

Comfortable and Clean, however family should avoid frontside rooms...Nd 1 more thing...at 4 o clock you may disturb with bhajan playing at adjacent temple. Management is good but they should provide spotless bedsheets and pillow cover. At the time of check out manager asked me to pay the extra dues of tea....Which was not ordered by me...But all these discomfort can be subsidised with the phone call of manager in which she asked me whether I am having any issues ? Thanks
