First of all, this is the problem with all hotels tied up with OYO that they deny you check in and the same happened here as well. Although we were given a room after 4-5 hours of long wait by the hotel manager/receptionist Ram. At first he was a bit rude and adamant but later very polite. Talking about the hotel, it is at great location. The property is built well with parking space at the backside of the building. Rooms were clean and hotel has well lit hallways and rooms’ ambience feels very welcoming. Staff is helpful and quick. It’s a must visit as the locality of the property is good surrounded by bungalows and best connectivity.

The good experiences include: (a) support from security at gate, (b) behavior and support of receptionist, (c) amount and quality of food (egg thali is for two person), (d) cooperation from staff, (e) location of the hotel. The things can be improved: (a) availability of normal water, (b) deep cleaning of room and toilet to remove smell.

It was our second time staying at this place and its very nice , neat n clean rooms with polite staff Our checkin experience was also very smooth and easy with no waiting time Also they provided an extra mattress Our experience was overall very nice and i would definitely recommend this place to everyone We will always stay at this place whenever we are in lucknow

Except Location, there's nothing to be good but can be improved. Strangely,Harpic was found filled inside Body wash Bottles, smelled very bad. Be careful if you stay.

The very first day was a bit different than the last day Room service was not done before giving us the room. But afterwards it was regularly cleaned. Food was really good Try Indian cuisine Staff needs some professional training for better performance. Price is reasonable Location is good

Not a hygienic place and the service was below average , rooms were dirty and there was no response from the staff when we raise a complaint.

They don't do room service regularly and the bedsheets are very dirty it has oil spots. They don't have enough regular water to drink and they sell 20 rupees of bottled water at rs.55. We booked through Oyo so they didn't give us a complimentary breakfast but if we book directly there's complimentary breakfast. We stayed on the ground floor so lot of noise. The food is good 👍. The staff is friendly. The location is nice.

Rooms were half decorated. Bedsheets were not clean. They provided small room to accommodate for 3 person. Instead of a king size bed they provided a queen bed and a matress which we had to manage. Worst staff management.
