Disappointing Stay at Kachnar house. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at Kachnar house although i booked directly . The experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families and solo female travelers. *Issues with the Room* - The room was dirty and not properly cleaned before our arrival. - The lock on the door was not functioning correctly, which was a significant safety concern. *Overcharging and Deception* - To add insult to injury, the hotel charged us for food we never ordered. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to deceive us. *Unfriendly and Unhelpful Staff* - The staff was not courteous or helpful. They seemed unconcerned with our issues and did not make any effort to resolve them. *Not Suitable for Families or Solo Female Travelers* - Given the safety concerns, uncleanliness, and deceptive practices, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially if you're traveling with family or as a solo female. *Rating: 1/5* I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their services. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

I had my pre-wedding ceremonies done in the hotel. All the staff members were very courteous and did a great job. They did everything as told. From decor to food, room cleanliness and facilities were just too good. Thanks for making the event a success. Special mention to Mr. Prateek and Mr. Aslam as well the Kachnar house team.

Kind of a late review but here it is. I booked a few rooms at this hotel during my wedding ceremony for my guests back in mid-November. Everything was great. The rooms were nice, the service was top-notch, very helpful and humble staff! Special thanks to Mr. Prateek for helping me arrange everything according to my needs and tending to all my guests with the utmost care and respect! Great hotel overall and it is located in a very convenient place too! Great worth for money! 👌

Bathroom door lock was broken, and hence the entire room was infested with mosquitoes coming from bathroom window into our room. Despite many effort the bathroom door never closed properly. Couldn't get proper sleep because of that. The infestation was so much that even the mosquito repellent provided in room was not enough. Additionally, floor reeked of cigarettes and wifi was not free (only 5gb! That too couldn't log on as no clear instructions were provided. You need a coupon from reception). In morning there was no way of getting tea or hot water anywhere nearby if you are checking out before 8 am. No kettles etc provided in rooms. The service was meh and reception tried to get us to pay 680 rs extra for food which we never ordered. They removed that fee after we pointed it out. Bathrooms were not clean and over all it was among worst stays we ever had. Only reason to pick it was the closeness to our relatives' place. Not worth it at all.

Such a bad place cost a lot but not such a room even in case of emergency in health issues they provided the worst room even on booking the deluxe room and all the bedsheets and everything was dirty and was not changed on saying also. And after some time no response from staff or reception. Such a bad service as well as a bad room and washroom too. Not at all of quality even close to Townhouse which I have already stayed at when needed earlier for the examination.

Everything is bakwas The very first bakwas thing is that if u book the room from an online platform, still this hotel asks for an extra amount at the hotel.
