Hotel SS Grandeur

An absolute gem of a place to have really amazing time. The music the atmosphere the ambience the drinks the food the staff there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. I am a fan of the ambience of this place. The place is very very clean and amazing. Staff here is really friendly and cooperative. Music here is always electric and amazing that you don’t have a dull moment from the moment you enter till the moment you leave. Food here is exquisite and mouth watering. I love their in house sweet dishes and food item. They are perfect partner to go along side drinks

Good staff but pathetic service. Half of my guests left the table without having proper food due to delay in service and later worth Rs 2000/- food I had to take with me to at least to give needy people.. Bills given to me thrice of diff amounts seems how unprofessional the people were, Called manager at the billing counter but waiter was trying to be a manager behaving rude and he did not call manager and said he has already left .....Felt totally cheated and betrayed... Highly not recommended ...

I recently organized my sister's engagement at Hotel SS Grandeur, and it was a wonderful experience. The arrangements were excellent, and everything went smoothly. A special mention to Mr. Raj Verma, who is an outstanding employee. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and hospitality provided by the hotel. I would highly recommend Hotel SS Grandeur for any special events or celebrations.

Very much over-rated hotel by different platforms. I didn't see any positive side during by stay. 1. Poor cleaning 2. Staff is not meant for service, they just hired as bunch of crooks. 3. No response from Room Service. 4. Roof Top Lounge in this Hotel is a nightmare. They just want tips 💸 without any service. They were unable to provide printed bills to me and was trying to convince us with imaginary bill. It was worst experience.
