Very disappointed with the way I was treated by this hotel’s management. I saw their advertisement on Instagram and called to enquire about room availability. Instead of answering politely, the person gave me his personal number and told me not to call again — just to visit directly. Later, when I commented about the bad experience, they publicly lied saying I refused to provide an ID, which is absolutely false. If I didn’t want to share my ID, why would your manager share his personal number? This clearly shows unprofessional and suspicious behavior. Be careful before booking here. Reels may look fancy, but the actual hospitality is missing.

Horrible experience with Collection O Quila Road formerly JR Inn hotel. It was totally waste of money. Room was dirty and when I reached hotel by 9 PM room was not ready. Only one staff to facilitate check ins as well as cleaning and managing rooms. He asked to me "have you really booked a room?". Also no amenities provided that is mentioned here on the booking page even they don't gave water and only a room with dirty washroom. No gyser for hot water, but in the morning they provided hot water in a bucket after request to take bath. Also staff behaviour was not good, very rude and seems he can fight, if you will ask for any thing. I don't know how GOIBIBO has listed such worst stays as 3 stars hotel on their website and given no scope to rate and share review for hotel. Really one of the worst stay, total wastage of money.
