OYO Hotel Basant

Pathetic place so will never recommend too any one. First time visited Nawabo ka shar Lucknow and having horrible experience they have stolen my jewellery from bag when i went outside and when i sent someone to take footage they haven’t provide footage and they are doing on regular basis. oyo staff were also pathetic.

There is not any 0 rating otherwise I would like give that. I had taken this hotel on the name of oyo and met with a hilarious incident. I took hotel and I checked in on 11:55 am(when we made payment) but when I entered in hotel it was 12:05 pm. The room was small not similar to any uploaded photos , had no dustbin , no chair water was not available TV wasn't working , Didn't give any towel etc just a rooom of oyo. So I made a call to staff(reception) and told all my problems so receptionist was property owner so he told I m sending I waited 30min. But didn't get any assistance from the staff so I made another call to reception Sir send so he told with a rude voice let the customers come and first he will check in than I can do. I said I m here and waiting for Ur assistance so the receptionist said yeah we will do ... 15 min. has passed away so I was having bad assistance so I made a call to oyo to solve my problems so oyo told they will talk to property manager regarding room so they(oyo executive)assured hotel staff will change my room. But nothing happened I talked to hotel staff oyo executive told to change my room so property manager told we have not get any call or reply from oyo so we can't change with a rude voice so I said could u reach out to oyo so receptionist says that's not our job. After it I checked out by saying I m checking out but hotel staff didn't ask any question regarding check out... like why are you going , what happened so I checked out and give keys on the reception around 2 pm I waited 2 hours for any resolution. But I m also human there is some certain time period for me also. Another thing when I check oyo app so it was showing hotel staff has given me room no 103 and in reality they gave me room no 201 which had worst room condition. So Hotel is making money on the name of oyo and cheating customers and oyo. This incident and help support shows how oyo take care of all matters. But in the I will make sure I won't book any hotel with OYO. I had paid 1021 rupees in strange city and got nothing. In the last I will say don't go for the name of OYO. I make sure I won't come to OYO.

We stayed in their nearby property but had breakfast here for 2 days. This place is awesome for food. Thali, parathe chole (yum) and chole bhature (mouth watering). Staff is courteous and super responsive. Owner Tushar uncle is a gem. He gave a good reference of car service station where we got our car repaired, because of him we could continue our journey forward on time. Thank you

Not worth more ₹1k. Bad experience for basic utility like soap/shampoo but else it was just ok. Oyo charged almost double the competitor rate and definitely not worth that rate.

Overall experience is good but in which I was stay that are not comfortable ceiling is so noisy during sleeping feel just like someone is near me outside Please this thing to fix to make customer more reliable Food service is so good I gave 3 star for this anyway thank you

Mice r there in AC, even my night not well spent even i scare whole night. Don't go for this hotel , service nd cleaning is worst, wasting of money

Hotel was very good. Staff behavior required to increase. Owner is very polite and adjustable.

Rooms are small Need some repair works Wifi only working on ground level Location is good
