Very worst experience ever I have visited. 1. Very less facility 2. Poor service as need to call 10 times to get water even you have very urgent requirement 3. Breakfast facility is not there even charges are included 4. No buffet facility. 5. Rooms are dirty and full of Mosquito. 6. Receptionist behavior is not good.

I have lost my cloths given to laundry. Staff does not know what is available in food. Total miscommunication between staff. Not even bothered to solve customer complaints , we only need to follow up. Over all rooms were good. Near and Clean.

In a simple way, Don't book the rooms in this hotel, everything is worse, Food, Room, Staff behaviour, Service all worse.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, hotel itself is very neat and clean the overall atmosphere is really good, the real problem starts from the room and specially the washroom, water clogs everytime you use washroom, after every single use you have to call the service for cleaning, this is same for every room. Staff is nice and helping, specially the girl on the reception is really nice, soft spoken and keen to help customers. A little improvement in washrooms, quality of bedding and a faster service is enough to take this hotel to a 4 star.

Service is not good. Air conditioner doesn't work properly and also ac get off in midnight... Worst experience .. I will not suggest anyone to go there

Pathetic washrooms. Water getting logged everytime you use washroom or take bath. Adding to further, they're PHD in creating wrong bills, even for the things you've not ordered. I'd never recommend this place.
