Super Collection O Insight Inn Near Gomti Riverfront Park

I booked this hotel through OYO Rooms. My train got delayed and I reached the hotel around 12 at night. I was calm because I was promised 24x7 check-in. At the reception I was denied check-in due to non-availability of rooms. This was despite booking and paying for it in advance. So book at your own cost. Neither this hotel nor OYO is trustworthy.

I am writing this feedback because i am very disappointed with this hotel services, 1st room is too foul smell after that bedsheet linen & pillow are torn. And staff is to unprofessional Like (Anpad) because they don’t know how to treat with guest they just want money that’s it….! I don’t know how they clear the hotel audit.

Pathetic experience. The room was dirty as hell. The besheets and pillow covers had stains all over. Utterly untidy and unhygienic rooms and environment. I'd suggest you to avoid no matter how cheap or how short your stay is. I just had a layover for a night here while driving to another city. I booked late at night, and just wanted to sleep before continuing in the morning. I had to make partial payment beforehand and then check in and pay for the full duration only to end up having a 'Yuck' reaction upon seeing the room.

The rooms were small and foul smelling. The blanket was a little wet. Little to no cleanliness. Paid three different amount within 1 hour because I booked room thrice depending on the need. Basically not a good stay.

Initially I could not find the hotel since the location on map was wrong. Then when I tried contacting the hotel manager he didn't answer the phone. After 1 hr of looking fir the place finally he picked up the phone and then we reached the hotel. After that on reaching the hotel they asked me to pay extra 300 since the claimed to not take bookings below the price of 900. No such thing was mentioned on the hotels information page. On reaching the room they were absolutely filthy in shape, the bedsheets didn't seem washed the pillow covers were dirty. It seemed like as if someone had jumped on the bed with their shoes on since it had shoeprints on it. On requesting for a change of room initially they denied and asked be to bear with it but after consequent requests they finally shifted me to a different room which was also not clean but in a better condition than the last one so I had to bear with it and stay the night there. Further the door know of the bathroom was also broken.

I stay in room no. 105, there were multiple problem with the room, but hotel staff is little supporting. Problems i faced in room is as follows:- 1.)Blanket is not properly washed, they didn't change the blanket even after saying. 2.)Dustbin not available in the room. 3.) Problem in jet spray in toilet. 4.) Wi-Fi not available in room. Things I like in room:- 1.)ac is properly working. 2.) Bed sheet is comfortable. Things I like about hotel staff:- They help me to give printout of my necessary document from their reception, this helping nature made me to give hotel 3 star.

Worst rooms filled with cockroaches.Dirty blankets, toilets.I had booked the room for 4 days and had to shift to another hotel on the first day due to uncleanliness🤢.Staffs were also rude.worst hotel ever 👎

My experience with the hotel is great. As per the previous reviews, hotel does work on improvements over customer reviews. Customer handling & staff is good. Provides all the services on time and yes it is the one of the best hotel in Lucknow if you're looking for budget & class related requirements.
