Food is good but room and service is terrible. I booked room for myself and other guests. No water in bathroom, broken taps, mosquitoes and broken side bed. Service was terrible, every small request like mosquito repelling machine, water bottle would take hours and only when I shouted, things were getting done. Very poor, my reputation got tarnished in front of relatives. Don't just look at rooms, check bathroom and water supply as well.

Worst Place I have Visited in My whole life.Lift not working,TV not working,Remote of AC not working, Toilet seat Broken,Cloth hanger broken in Bathroom, Double Bed Coat doing noice while sitting/Sleeping,No arrangements for Tea-Cofee-Breakfast etc in this Hotel.It is doubted that Some Bank of Baroda Official has Booked 4 rooms in this third class hotel by taking Bribe. Never try to Visit this Hotel.

Service quality is non existent. I asked for delivery of food. It was average. The staff mistakenly dropped the cup of sauce which is not a problem but it took them 2 hours to send someone to clean it despite several reminders. Otherwise the location and rooms are not bad.

Poor service. I would not give it even 1 star if I could. The sheets on the bed were smelling awfully. We asked for new sheets and they provided us with them 4 hours later. There are 38 rooms in the hotel but only 3 or 4 we're booked. The lift was a temporarily-working machine. If you say you are three guests they will just place another bed in the room and place a foam piece on the single bed and will not even cover it with bedsheets. Worst hotel in my life ever.

Very poor service.Wash room is in very samble position very dirty. Air conditioner are not working properly. service staff are seems to be daily wage labour who have no ideas how to behave and render service in a hotel banquet or even in restaurants. Manager said to be Mr Piyush is most untrend does not fit for such type of work. Very disappointing experience.

Location is far away from main city. Rooms are in very pathetic condition. Attending staff is not upto the standard. Food is not available easily nearby the hotel. Bad one.. Moskitos are all around the room.

I have booked this property for my sister's engagement function on 19 June 2019. I am sorry to say that, but the services were pathetic there. Services like Food, Decoration, Waiters, and Rooms there is nothing even average, everything is below average and i didn't choose or pay for the below average service. According to them, they have assigned 8 waiters for the service but what i barely see only 2 was present at the time on service. In rooms, the basic arrangements were not there, like washrooms were in bad conditions as in worst than public toilets, the water supply in washrooms was smelly. The worst part is the management staff, they were not is their sense that how to deal with their customers, when i discussed them about the same, firstly they misbehaved with me and my family and then when i asked to them to involve anyone from service provider, then firstly they refused then they dial 100 number to threaten us. All the drama and humiliation i have faced on my sister's engagement.
