Hey there, I had my business trip to Lucknow. I stayed at this property which is situated at a prime location of Lucknow. However I have a mixed review for this hotel. If you are looking for a super economical option for a stay, this would be a right pick. The breakfast spread is not that great. Do not expect anything fancy. Scope of improvement in the services.

Very nice experience. Left my wallet inside the room with 300 USd and 4-5 k INR along with credit/debit cards. The hotel staff were kind enough to return it once I revisited them to claim it. Never had this kind of sweet experience before

Its my first day today...will edit this comment after 2 days... Edit: The hotel was good, above average. The staff was supportive, though occasionally they took more time than necessary. Overall, it was a good experience for the price. The food was also good, with a variety of options available.

Rooms and bathroom not maintained. My relative stayed there with not good experience. No bucket/mug in bathroom. Rusted water coming from tap...bedsheets was not clean...request management to focus and improve. Location is good and pricing was average.
