Front desk , idiots are sitting. House keeping people are not ready to supply hand wash. TV always not working due to recharge issue. They charge for extra plates, first of it kind. Breakfast good. Room good.

This is Fawlty Towers reincarnated!|I asked for room service brekka, the person said there's a buffet, can go there. I said I prefer in-room, so he says "dekhte hain" / let's see!! Of course, no breakfast turned up. |A day before, I had gone for brekka - there was no toaster. |And the coffee needed some coffee. |WiFi didn't work, except briefly when I complained. |The room wasn't made on the 3rd day, who knows why. |Coffee sachets were not replaced on two of the three days.|Bizarrely, the room had a fridge with a glass front so the light shone brightly all night. ||Silver lining - nice room size, comfy bed and clean. |Oh - and it's next to a railway line! Realised when a train blew its horn just as I'd gone to sleep.

I have booked this hotel for my daughter's engagement at the time of food tasting the food was really good but the the day of main event I can't tell you the worst food I have ever taste they spoil our family function and the behaviour of their manager was very rude after booking they didn't answer your call and behaved very rudely. I will never suggest to book this hotel for your important occasion.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I wish I had seen the review before booking. Worst Experience of 4 nights. Definitely there are many more hotels in the same range that you can find. - while I was fast asleep - at 4 in the morning and in this kind of heat , the AC stopped working. I had to call the guy and get it fixed. The Ac guy was first gaslighting me saying - that's ok WOW! I told him - no it was working fine earlier now it's not. Then for an hour I had to wait while he fixed it. - You will definitely find dust on the tables and in the room. Idk how they wash the utensils. Some were even broken. And yeah cutlery, spoons, plates and ice - is provided on charge. - The wifi did not work at all. The first 2 days it did to work at all. Then after constant complaining they did something about it. Even after then it came and went - came and went. And it was sooo slow. Did not connect to my laptop at all. - The shower experience is the worst. The pressure comes and goes , high and lows while it's on. Even when the nozzle is on hot - cold water will come or sometimes so hot - that you might just burn yourself. The regulator doesn't matter only. I booked the room with them a year back and the same issue happened and there was NO warm water - while it was winters. Again had to waste my time and get it fixed. I was in hopes that they would have done something about it but NOTHING. - The working is veryyy slowww. very very very very slow. You will have to call them up thrice or 4 times to get anything done. - The ground staff is quite polite but the management will talk to you as if you are the problem and rest assured you will get NOO satisfactory compensation. They will show you how you are the inconvenience to them. - The restaurant staff was very sweet! - They will not be accommodating while you will have to be. - Even after all this - while I was checking out they called me at 12:30 p.m for checkout. I said I will be checking out within an hour - they said from 1 pm you will be charged for another day. So I hurried because I didn't want to give them another penny. WORST WORST WORST experience. DO NOT DO this to yourself. I was the one who would book with them. It is really not worth it. Wasting your time , energy and mental peace. Will definitely never book with them again. Never ever.

Location is perfect. Rooms are perfect. I have never seen so big room in deluxe category. Interiors are fantastic. Only reason to reduce 1 star is due to their buffet. I have never seen such limited options in buffet.Water was not available. Food was cold.Spoons were missing. They need to seriously work on their buffet. Despite having MAP plan , I have to go outside in order to have a dinner.

This hotel is totally opposite of what you see on websites. It is a challenge to get there in the first place and this warning is not disclosed anywhere on the websites. Upon arrival to this hotel after a very long journey we were horrified to see what we had booked. The front desk disregarded all other guests focusing only on the wedding guests. They did not provide any sleeping accommodation for our driver. It was sad to see how drivers are treated. On making our way to our rooms we found the rooms filthy with thick layers of dust and other crap in front of our room despite that we had arrived after 6pm. In other words the rooms were not ready. Some staff were sitting around with vacuum cleaners and watching their mobile phones. We asked for the room to be cleaned, asked for towels and drinking water. It took a while before our requests were met. We attempted to clean ourselves or else we could not breathe the dust. Those who had hired the hotel for wedding venue almost thought that there was no one else there. They blocked the main entrance for hours! At night the loud thumping music was on until after 1am. We made several complaints but went to deaf years. Basically we had no sleep. In the morning we checked out as soon as we could, we attempted to give feedback there and then but no one was prepared to listen. All were busy in the wedding. Our stay was on 10/12/24 - 11/12/24. We hope that some real improvements are brought in the interest of customers using this next time.

Nice property, but the service and staff need improvement. We stayed for 4 days and found the property at par of 4 star (minus the overall service and some staff mannerism). Shockingly only a very few staff members were well-trained and courteous, while most staff members ( front desk, waiters and guards) seemed unqualified for a 4-star hotel. Front desk personals seemed like govt officials as far as their courtesy was concerned. Waiters often forgot basics like a butter knife with toast. When asked for tissues, they claimed they were out, forcing me to get them myself. Forks and knives were only provided upon request, and the knives were often unclean. The security guard was unprofessional, rudely directing me to park elsewhere instead of my usual spot near the main reception, and he lacked basic courtesy like opening the door. Honestly, some mall guards are more polite. Major turn-offs: • Room cleaning was not done on time, even when requested in advance. • The bathroom shower and heating system were broken throughout the hotel, with water coming out either extremely hot or cold, but never warm. When asked to fix it, staff admitted it was broken but offered no solution. • Most showerhead pores were clogged, making for a poor shower experience. • The strangest part—despite 3 adults in the room, only one coffee cup was provided. Any additional cutlery or plates came at an extra charge. • The waiters need training or hiring with 4-5 star experience. Even senior managers lacked courtesy. When I informed the manager that coffee was out, he won’t listen and directed me to the counter. Only after I insisted did he admit, “Yeah, I know, we’re getting it refilled.” Edit 1: The hotel’s reply to this review feels like a mere formality. Even when I am still here (last day of my stay), no one reached out in person or by call. This shows they aren’t serious about customer feedback, and their Google review replies are just generic template responses..

Rooms were good. Service was average. Food quality was ok. Location is good inside Kisan Bazar. Beautiful new property with beautiful ambiance surrounded by beautiful food restaurants and flower market. Neat and clean hotel. This property needs improvement in housekeeping which is very bad. The TV doesn’t have any recharge plan. The food items are too pricey. The ambiance is good. The location is inside Kisan Bazar, and has good food restaurants nearby with amazing food options to try. The room was spacious. The bathroom section was good too. The housekeeping staff is too lazy, they never responded even after trying their number for 3-4 times. One guy came after 35 minutes with the extra towel which we requested on call. Even after asking 2 times about the shaving kit, it was never delivered. Waited for 15-20 mins for checkout at reception as housekeeping was not even replying to the receptionist and the clearance was pending from their side. At the last, the receptionist told that everything is clear. The food menu rates are too pricey and we went outside to eat. Even for a 4 star or a 3 star category hotel, the rates were too high. There was no recharge in the TV, and when asked about it, they told to play youtube. Summary : Hotel Ambiance is beautiful. Hotel Location is good Nearby Restaurants are awesome. Room was good. Food was ok. Housekeeping was too bad. Overall it can be rated as good, if their housekeeping improves, as of now it is too poor and hotel deserves two star rating because of it only.
