They didn't provide me a bill firstly, took cash upfront without showing me the room. However I still agreed as I do checkin to other hotels, upon entering I saw the condition of the room was too dirty, I complained to clean, however they cleaned it superficially, felt were disgusting, and demanded a refund, however they refused and talked to me rudely. Very bad service. Never go to this faltu hotel, very bad experience, very bad is also less for this. Waste of my 4000 rupees. Also they don't give bill, must also be doing GST fraud, and guys let's suppose they do something wrong with you, probably you'll be even more in trouble as it's not a official recorded bill of the hotel, even problematic. I would never ever go.

We stayed there yesterday on 17NOv 2024, they took the booking amount first, and handed over the room to us, the room was full of cockroaches, almost everywhere from washroom, fridge, table, sofa, even the bed, everywhere there were cockroaches, we requested for cleaning, even after cleaning the whole thing, they were still coming out from somewhere or the other, it was absolutely inhabitable, so we requested for a refund, but they misbehaved and denied any refund. Very rude and ruthless behaviour. Galli de esa behaviour hai managers ka. Never recommended to anyone, sleep in a gurudwara without bedsheet, is better than paying and staying here.

It was my first experience there and terrible is an understatement. The room was literally filled with cockroaches, both dead and alive. The staff was cooperative but the owner was extremely rude. She sternly refused to refund even half of the hefty amount they charged me and said they cannot do anything. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The room was not cleaned. There were cockroaches in the room. After the complaint they just came to spray the hit and even didn’t clean the room after hit started doing its work :( At the end did not provide the bill i believe the owner was sitting there. However The staff was polite

The room was filthy. There were a ton of cockroaches in the room and they didn't do anything for the problem. They refused to refund even half amount of the hefty amount of money they charged and the manager was very rude about solving the issue. Terrible first experience. Don't book from them

I had very bad experience staying in this hotel. We were there for just one night and they charged us 3k for that room, in which there were no proper hygiene. Bedsheet stained, door locks weren’t working properly,washroom taps were broken. The main lady at the reception kept calling us for the money. Location of this hotel was good and accessible. Not worth for money.

The experience was pathetic. The room was filled with cockroaches, both dead and alive. The place was extremely unhygienic and inhabitable. The manager lady was extremely rude and refused to refund any money or offer any help. Do not go there.

Apart from the location, the place is below average for the price of the room. I paid Rs 3000 for one night and the condition of the room was very bad. The bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty and stained. The sofa was dirty. The shower button in the bathroom was broken. The door lock of the room and bathroom was also damaged. On top of that, the lady staff at the reception was very rude and not welcoming . I would suggest to look for other options for the same price. Not satisfied.
