Hotel Rigel

I recently stayed at Hotel Rigel in Lucknow and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions in the city. The rooms at Hotel Rigel are quite spacious and well-appointed. I was pleased to find that each room was equipped with standard amenities such as an AC, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, and geyser. However, there were some disappointments during my stay. I noticed that several bathroom fittings were defective, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, some of the geysers and lights in the rooms were not functioning properly, which affected the overall comfort and convenience. Another aspect that left much to be desired was the room service. I found it to be quite poor, with delays in responding to requests and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. In conclusion, while Hotel Rigel has a great location and spacious rooms with essential amenities, the presence of defective bathroom fittings, malfunctioning geysers and lights, and poor room service dampened the overall experience.

This is a fake hotel. It is a commercial building in which these fraudy people have rented 8-10 rooms and making a fool of people by showing the photo of the entire building and common club area. Do not fool yourself by booking this property. It is a scam. Once you book it, your money is gone plus you will waste your time.
