Never ever book this property, not even by mistake also. This is the worst booking ever I have done and regret that these 2500 rs never got their worth. But what’s not good? Ok so the chair and sofa has got several holes. Photos attached for all the good and bad (let me know of you can find any thing good in these pictures). The walls stained everywhere from top to bottom, bed linen and cover smelly. Patchy stains on bed sheet and sofa. everywhere to to bottom. Tiles of black colour is matching with the dirt and dust in the entire room. No one is even bothered here to do some good maintenance.

The owner of this property Vinay Mishra used to be a great host when he was physically present and handled everything, now he does get even talk on call nor the property provides even the basic level of service. I had booked the room for my wedding & family had to stay but unfortunately when the family entered the room, bedsheet was stinking, linen was dirty, manager or any caretaker did not take calls,they will be behind your life for the payment but the quality of rooms is now worse than the lowest quality OYO rooms. (& they charge 2500/- for it) Asked for refund but the caretaker is neither replying nor giving owner’s number.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a booking. I booked this property through Agoda and made it very clear that I would be checking in late in the evening. Upon arrival, the manager was completely unresponsive. I tried calling multiple times, but they ignored my calls. To make matters worse, the owner of the apartment also failed to pick up or return any calls. I was left stranded late at night with no support, no access to the property, and no alternative solution provided. This property is a total scam! The management is utterly incompetent, and their lack of professionalism is appalling. If you’re considering booking this place, DON’T. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. Agoda should seriously reconsider listing this property. It’s a disgrace to their platform. I strongly advise everyone to stay FAR away from this unresponsive and unreliable disaster of a place!

Worst experience, the room smells like cigarettes, there is no service and no amenities. Please avoid it at all costs.
