Staff behavior very Good Amazing food experience Try once Dal Fry and Paneer Masala was too good. Room neat & clean. Best lake view. I was not seen this type of service ever to any hotel where chef can ask you about food experience.

This hotel is the best hotel in Lucknow whose name is the hotel lake view grand Sakura. There is a beautiful garden, lawn and terrace here where we can also perform our family functions like birthday party, engagement, wedding and many other functions. The room services here are very good. The cleanliness here is also very good. There is a very beautiful article in front of here whose name is bitter article and here you will get all the dishes of your choice. The dishes here are very tasty. I am very lucky that I got a chance to come and stay here, due to which I got to see many facilities here.

Hotel Lake view Grand is a very good hotel located in Vikalp khand Lucknow near Kathauta jheel. The staff is very good and polite .The rooms are nice.The view is exceptional.

This was the worst experience for me , the staff is rude , they don't know how to talk politely. Just for the sake of money they ruined my sister's wedding, they cut the electricity of the whole venue due to which the wedding stopped. We even told them we will pay the amount after the wedding but they were not ready to understand and they were talking very rudely. My sister's big day got ruined because of their greediness of money. I won't recommend anyone to ever visit here as the staff is too rude and the services are also not good.

Worst experience ever! Don’t book for any event. I booked it for my sister’s marriage they are just greedy and money minded they don’t care about their clients reputation and emotions. They turned off the lights of entire hotel ruining marriage and starting asking for more money which we didn’t even denied we just asked them that we’ll adjust the amount in the morning but they were just too rude and they misbehaved with us. The rooms they provided were also not as they mentioned also all the arrangements were hampered we were not served anything during pheras as they initially told us that they will serve pakodas and tea. The whole wedding was ruined just because of them will never forgive them for what they did. Even their male staff misbehaved with me. May they get their share of karma 👍🏻 Please guys don’t fall for their sweet trap.

We stayed here during our brother's marriage. Some rooms are very big and in good conditions. First floor is newly constructed. Food is good. Overall good experience.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Additionally, there were instances of dishonesty and cheating. I strongly advise against hosting any happy events or weddings here. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different venue.

Really bad experience. They ruined my daughter’s wedding just for some money which we already told them that I’ll pay after the wedding as i was busy they turned off the lights which was really embarrassing for us. They are too rude and they misbehaved with everyone they just care about money not anyone’s emotions. Don’t ever book for anything.
