Worst hotel experience ever, staff is very rude, I book through Goibibo but they sold my room to some one else and gave me servant room, very dirty room , i will regret my whole life time why I book this hotel.

Condition of room was pathetic. Dirty bedsheets and pillow cover with dirty toilet seat. I itself chased to clean up all this mess. Water leaking from ceiling of bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom is on another level wall behind the fan 😂😃😃. Seems like they have allotted the abandoned room. Extremely terrible level of room never seen in my life. Make my trip must de-engaged such downgraded hotel from there list. Such hotel to be closed

This is the worst hotel experience ever ,the rooms are just pathetic where toilets doesn't work. Television was also out of order. ||Staff was so rude and almost using abusive language.But since I had already paid for the hotel there was no option to continue. At one point I thought to forgoe the money paid and book another hotel. The manager there is one of the worst person I have seen . When I refused to pay a certain charge for a food which I didn't order he almost challenged me that I would not let you off the property and will make sure that you pay that charge. I would happily pay 100-200 Rs extra but that kinda of attitude of recovery agent was quite harrassing at that particular point. So do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. If theres a rating system I would probably rate Negative 10.

Dont wast your money Property manager is running scam, if you made booking through Oyo. the ac not working ( not with remote ) rest all ( tv, geyser, set top box, shower) are broken or faulty. The room is also have few thing like cockroach, broken walls with holes in it and spits on the wall.

Property manager is running scam, if you made booking through Oyo it will cost you approx 500ra and rest 250-300rs Oyo will pay on your behalf, but the property manager will ask you to pay 710-750rs otherwise he will ask you to cancel and if by any chance you paid 700rs you will get the room filled with dirt only only the ac will working using mcb ( not with remote ) rest all ( tv, geyser, set top box, shower) are broken or faulty. The room is also have few thing like cockroach, broken walls with holes in it and spits on the wall.

Wish I could rate 0 star. It's a filthy place, full of mosquitoes and the such non-courteous staff.

Very rude and arrogant behaviour of hotela manager. Firstly he denied the booked service, later was asking for extra charge
