Comfortable rooms, easy reach and need to improve little bit service

Rooms are of good size but there was no room amenities for all three days we where there, pillow was not comfortable no daily bed sheet change, there was not door mats, bed was not comfortable, AC was not working properly etc

The hotel is very startegically located. It is well managed by the management. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The food served is hot and good- I suggest to order only the regular items. I deducted one star for staff friendliness. I wish the staff was a bit more friendly and welcoming. The staff their hardly smiled. Isuggest them to be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Worst rooms ever... Don't believe in that pictures they have shown in photos.... Staffs are mannerless. They don't have manner how to treat their guest... Bathroom rooms floor everything is very dirty....it's more better to spend your night on railway platform.

Worst Place to stay , after cleaning we found a bottle of liquor and ash all over the room

Very polite and attentive staff always ready to help. Rooms are small in size but tasty food and staff makes it less important. Singapore mall is at walking distance so is Hanehman chowk where one can get an auto. Overall it was a nice experience staying here.

The best staff and the reception. The room looks similar as in the pics. The service is only a call away. the calls are attended very fast also the staff is very cheerful and cooperative. Room ac and bed and the toilets are very neat and clean with all the ammenties working as needed.
