Coral Tree Gomti Nagar

One of the worst experience i ever had. They had no warm water in the tap, the veg biryani was so spicy that no one could. The window was not opening and the AC was cut-off. Moreover, the washroom was not very clean and it was smelling. Never again i will book this place.

Stay was okay only. Not like that i expected. 3 hours of power cut.. It's was really unbelievable. Also Need to check with rooms operating supplies likes t.v was not working, telephone and fridge also not is working conditions. It was just like placed. Otherwise service and food quality is good.

Very efficient staff specially Mr. Ankit Singh and vivek Kumar. I met him at reception, he was so smilly and well mannered allotted nice room with excellent service. Food is also up to the mark,buffet spread was good. Overall it was excellent experience at coral tree hotel. It is best option for over night stay.

Its a fine hotel in Gomti Nagar Lucknow area, very far from Airport and railway station. Rooms are fine but service is not that good. Like my rooms AC was not working and even after complaining no one came to check it. Food is good undoubtedly you, still you can stay at this place.

Worst hotel experience in my lifetime. We were charged 1.5 times during checkout for a stain on bedsheets which you can already witness in other comments, that they are in worst possible case. Staff was very rude, when we escalated the same matter to Treebo. To our rescue, they sent a manager and we were charged twice the booking amount. Never gonna suggest the hotel to anyone. Don't expect any help from Treebo, Lucknow for their best staff made sure that a hole was dig in customer's pockets.

Recommended Hotel. Very cooperative staff. Even though staff was less, the present staff did great job in coordination. Breakfast and tea was good. Suggestion - Kindly do the final check, before handing over the key to customer.

I booked this room through online without knowing the location. But I've got such an amazing deal with them and I enjoyed my four days stay at lucknow with Treebo Trend Resto. Comfortable, good cleanliness, good food.. Staff is very polite and cooperative.. It's totally amazing😍👍 Thank you😄

Location is good. Small clean rooms. Amenities like shaving kit and dental kit is not available. No electric cattle in room. RO water is provided in room or else you have to purchase water for 30 Rs. However mentioned in menu is MRP.
