Treebo Silver Stallion

I stayed at Treebo Silver Stallion on 23rd August, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel rooms were not clean, and the walls looked very dirty.The bathroom was also not properly cleaned Basic amenities like tea bags and a toothbrush were not provided by the staff. Overall, my stay was the worst I have experienced so far. I request you to kindly look into these issues and take necessary corrective measures so that future guests do not face the same problems.

One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which offered a diverse menu. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop bar, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail while taking in the sunset.

Staff was rude and they charge extra money for the checkout post 11:30 A.M. No toilet rolls in the bathroom and they don't give even after asking. Toiletries were less in terms of toothpaste , bathroom towel etc. Breakfast was ok.

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the rooms. We had to change our room but the other one was worse. Night receptionist was very helpful compared to the one during the day. Soap not provided, only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests. only 1 type of tea was available. Boiler was dirty. AC remote was not working properly. The breakfast, tea and menu was good. value for money food. The room service was very polite and catered to all our needs quickly.

Decent hotel, decent location in gomti nagar. Room was small but clean. Staff was warm and courteous. Didn’t eat at the hotel but plenty of eating options available within walking distance. Good for budget stay, especially if you are in town for cricket.

Worst service at its worst.. first thing first the hotel needs to decide their name.. booking.com while booking says "Treebo Trend Silver Grand", The hotel message after check in says "Hotel Silver stallion" and finally the name board on each room says "Hotel Cozy Inn"... And to add to it, the hotel doesnt have even a single name board or sign board. Service was too poor to even mention, after tea it took them one full day to clear it, the ACs wasnt working, it was a split AC and they said we dont have remote for it, after much argument they gave the remote. The room was booked for 3 adults and one kid, despite that it was enough for only 2, but yeah they were kind enough to provide extra wornout mattress with bloodstained blanket, on complaining they said its just paint marker cant be cleaned. Asked for mosquito repellent machine, and they gave one but without liquid cartridge. Toilets were not clean, and when mentioned they said thats the only room available and clean, am sure the whole hotel building was empty, as i saw the hotel staffs sleeping in the nearby rooms. Staffs were arrogant, non professional and non competent. We booked the room with breakfast but no such service was available.
