Treebo Shivam Inn Near Singapore Mall

Treebo Shivam at Lucknow is hopeless. Reception staff was quiet rude. TV subscription is not upto date, hence it's not working. Dining hall has lot of bad smell. Exhaust fan is damaged and not working. Room is not even properly cleaned. Avoid booking Treebo Shivam. Hopeless maintenance.

It was a great stay at Shivam. Rooms sizes are good. Near & clean. Breakfast is superb. Service is good. They will take care of parking of your car. Overall satisfied during my stay. Value for money stay at Shivam. Definately will stay again in near future.

We reached the hotel at 3 am in the night and after talking to the hotel staff they agreed to give us a room for 24 hours but next day in the morning they totally disagreed and asked us to pay extra and forced us to check out. Overall vary bad experience.😡
