Pathetic place, people and owner. At check in they gave me a room that was stinky dirty as hell, old torn bedsheets, damp walls. When I refused to stay they had audacity not to return my money paid for one night. In spite of direct feedback to owner I could only got to hear some standard verbatim we will ensure it doesn't happen next time. Funny thing is they dint care while I was standing there paid in advance at check in for room that I wouldn't even keep my pet in.

Totally unhygienic room and washroom, AC was also not working properly. You can keep asking staff for cleaning but they will not listen. One more hotel is there in the same locality which is much better.

Very comfortable, pleasant, and cozy stay it was. Really wel trained and helpful staff, properly groomed, well behaved, professional and realy hygienic rooms and other area as well. Budget friendly, couples and family friendly. Food is really superb and tasty. They offer buch of services such as kitty party, dining, lodging, etc.

The cost of the room was high and they gave us a standard room instead of a deluxe one. The washroom was leaking...our whole room was filled with toilet water when we got up in the morning. Pathetic services and even the staff had nothing to say when we complained.

Poorly sanitized. Smelling and dirty rooms. Had T.V. but without remotes. And then Tv were not recharged. Dirty bathrooms. Spend hours without water in bathrooms. Worst experiences over. Management was too slow to respond.

I had a perfect stay here, very polite staff,I got all the amenities, they took care of everything, service was highly Appreciable, perfect place for various occasions and tasty food.

Pathetic cleanliness, poor hygiene, bad ambience. Visited for a friend's marriage. Certainly not worth the money. Need to think from within what they are doing to their customers. Must implore upon the service. God will not forgive.

We had booked 2 rooms but they asked to give one room in 1800. They just wanted to take advantage of the compulsion to withdraw money. At 11 o'clock in the night we had to check another hotel. It was a very worst experience.
