OYO Hotel Tomar Palace

Comfortable stay, room was clean. Owner is very helpful. Good location near to Krishna JanamBhumi and it's a good view at night from the terrace. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had booked this hotel for around 700rs via Oyo for 2 people but when we visited for checkin the owner told us that we have made booking for 1 person and we have to Book another room. We checked the app the saw the glitch. We contacted Oyo and they told us that it was system issue and owner can allow us to stay in same room but owner was too greedy and asked us to pay extra 400rs. We had no other option and we have him money. While checking out he forced us to give 5star ratings on Oyo app and told us we won't allow us to go if we don't give him 5* rating. Worst experience ever

Good hotel but very strict with their policies, I booked from OYO but they refused to provide me AC room as shown in OYO app, then OYO customer care save me after 1 hour of harrasment. One hour of late check out will cost you Rs. 500.

Hotel owner denied for chekin he told me to increase your tarif with OYO totally denied @ 3 am & asked 1250/- and behaviour is also very rude ..please don’t book these type of hotel. Also recommend to oyo please don’t tie-up there type of hotel it’s my very worst experience

Rooms were neat & clean for stay according to average price like 700-800 per night...

Not so clean, no toiletries provided, owner was a nice person though.
