Unhygienic rooms with bad smell.. washroom also not cleaned properly..I will not recommend staying in this hotel

We were super tired by the bike ride so we booked a collectionO hotel which are supposed to be the good hotels of OYO and upon reaching there, it was quite the opposite thing. First of all, road leading to hotel is in the worst condition. Staffs were very very rude, there was no water, and no proper toiletries. The room wall was super dirty, it was like paan stains on the wall. AC and TV are there for show as there were no remotes. Switched on AC somehow but it was not working properly, upon removing the cover we saw it was full of dust and has not been cleared in ages. The bathroom was also not clean. Worst of all, the bed was broken and there was no one to listen to. No food options available. Pathetic condition hotel. You can book a dharamshala and stay with all the basic facilities in a great place and cheap prices.

It was great time spend with my family. There is two concern was there One is hotel is in outside 2nd hotel staff was not helpful. Rest all was OK.

Worst ever experience with them….. i confirm my oyo hotel via call and even paid a conformation payment. On day of travel, i called them for confirmation and when I reached hotel at 10.10pm they said all rooms are sold out. So what’s the point of booking and even person at reception was very rude. The reception person also show me the confirmation payment Receipt on phone. OYO is just running for on the spot guest. It’s not trustworthy.
