The Mystic Palms

Stayed at Mystic Palm recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The premium room was excellent, offering great amenities like a personal locker, mini fridge, 24-hour hot water (perfect for winter), paid TV channels, and super comfortable bedding. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort. The staffs were polite, and communication was decent throughout my stay. The food was tasty, but the prices were slightly on the higher side. One drawback is the location—it’s not very convenient unless you have your own vehicle. You’ll need to walk about 100 meters to find an auto or toto. Overall, a great choice if you're looking for comfort and cleanliness in your stay.

We hosted our wedding here and had a really comfortable experience. Property manager Mr. Roshan is very supportive, he helped us in lot of unsaid and uncommitted things that were required even at mid-night. Prices are little bit on higher side but worth it when experience is good and you are attended continuously.

We recently hosted our wedding and all related functions at Mystic Palms, and it was an amazing experience! The decor was stunning, the food was exceptional, and the stay was incredibly comfortable for us and our guests. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and provided the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The entire hotel staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Roshan, the hotel manager, who managed everything perfectly. His attention to detail and professionalism ensured every moment of our celebrations was flawless. Highly recommend for any event!

Location is prime. Spacious lawn for marriage function. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained except for few glitches(white wash peeling off, water quality is very bad for brushing and bathing) here and there. Sabzi mandi and a medical store are at a walkable distance. Interior decoration and pool side restaurant are good

There was a marrige of my Daughter recently ,pleased to see the dedication,sincerity , best behavior and management by Mr Roshan n team . He managed the event with smiling face and made every guest of mine happy . The grand success of event was because of his hard work n great leadership qualities as he takes the responsibilities willingly and keen to make happy every one . Staff is good n cares all . Cleanness n environment of hotel excellent. All over it was fantastic hotel .My best wishes for all of them . Thanks n regards

It was an absolute delight to stay at Mystic resort. The room was cosy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They made sure we had a pleasant experience. Hotel's location was good for exploring the area, and we really enjoyed the on-site restaurant with its delicious cuisine options. Highly recommend this place!

Was a very nice stay. |We came to the hotel with a big group, managers hosted us really fast, all were so organized. We got a very good service, very polite stuff. Had very tasty food there, especially dinner. Also very nice comfortable rooms. ||Thank you
