Hotel VRINDAVAN

I have visited to Hotel for a stay. Unfortunately, I left my hand bag in the room and I have not realised until I was back at my place which is 200 km away. I was very difficult for me to reach to the Hotel again. I called the Hotel and have asked them to check for my bag and they have confirmed that I have left bag in the room with Apple airpods and money in it. Staff was loyal and have returned the bag and stuff to me.

I visited this place a week ago after going through the positive reviews and booked a room but was highly dissapointed with the service and the room. Dirty spots on the walls lift doesn't work so have to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor where the hotel is. Pls do not go the reviews its not worth staying here.

*We 16* Firstly, not sure who are those guys who have given 5* rating to this hotel. I would give half star to this. Apart from name and location, nothing is good about this hotel. We were 16 people and booked 5 AC rooms, half of them were sinking and were not clean. One of the room didn’t have the AC itself. Let’s come to service, 1. We asked for extra mattress since we were on a triple sharing basis, they said it will be chargeable. 2. When asked for extra blanket, they simply said we don’t have an extra blanket for single mattress. We have all blankets which fits double mattress size and hence WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU that blanket. 3. When asked for extra towel, sir we have given 1 towel per room, now if you are 4 person sleeping in a room (since one room had 2 double beds), we don’t have extra towel. You have to manage in 1 towel only. The service staff knows only one thing, how to deny travellers for everything. Don’t pay even a single penny on this hotel. I would suggest don’t stay even if they give it to you free of cost.

Worst experience. Booked online using make my trip and even called 2 hrs before arriving they said we have confirm booking for 3 ac rooms and upon arrival they simply denied booking by saying sewer issue in rooms. Don’t even try to search for this hotel. Very worst and pathetic service. They will charge water bootle for 25Rs each even after saying its discounted Lol. They will say we will give you complementary tea and then charge it at the time of final billing. Very pathetic and worst hotel for Mathura.

I visited with my Family total 4 persons.This is budget property and is fairly new just 1 month old and is on delhi Agra Highway nr.Gowardhan Square Owner is very Humble Person ready to help guest.Food is Good. Location is ok u need Atleast 15mi to reach dwarkadhish or any place in mathura as roads are narrow and busy traffic Owner is installing Lift by Dec.Month end. AS of NOW Rooms are decent Still their is pretty wide gap to Improve it's Hospitality and All the Hotel Staff is Trying their Best To Do so.No Complaints No Regrets

Great location easy to get in and out of the city the staff was wonderful they went over and beyond to helpvmake our stay enjoyable.the hotel is well maintained the beds were firm too firm for my liking.
