Terrible....very very terrible the worst place to have dinner.... Was hoping to have a good time with my family to celebrate my mother's birthday. In the name of fine dining charging exurbant prices they are very understaffed and instead of a calm and pleasent experience,it felt we were sitting in the middle of a street market.If u wish to have a calm n serene dinner with family don't ever visit this place.

No one is answering the calls on the number given on Google listing. This is very disappointing to see from a group of your stature. I have called for more than 4 times in the past hour as I want to make an urgent booking coming for Delhi. Message to the management( if this reaches you) - please focus on the online side of the business too, you have to make these services prompt. God knows how many customers might have been lost because of this till now.

I had dinner with my family on 13.07.2025. The place is too much crowded and services of the restaurant are very poor. There is group of around 20 people along with 7-8 kids and these people are shouting like hell. If someone wants to eat peacefully specifically on any special occasion, this place is highly “NOT RECOMMENDED”. Very Bad Experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We didn't use their rooms, but went here for dinner at the restaurant Zaika. The hotel and restaurant have been nicely constructed and well maintained. Now the food at Zaika was ok. It was not great but honestly I was not expecting great in Moradabad in general. In my experience I think it's hard to find great fine dining restaurants in grade B and C cities. They are more for local food, chat etc.

The worst restaurant you can ever pay a visit to. The staff is very rude, the restaurant is very overpriced. The taste is not upto the mark. In basic sense the staff doesn’t even know how to serve you. Its better to eat somewhere else than spending your money on these people.

Not maintaining the linens in the room. Loud music playing in the halls till 1am, probably this hotel is best suited for locals participating in parties but not for business associates trying to get a good night sleep after a hectic day.. surprised to see snacks coming out from sofas! Hilarious! Shows the poor housekeeping. They have so called 24X7 room service and in room dining but nobody will pick up the phone. Probably better to stay in holiday residency or the next door amara hotel..big disappointment!

It's really a good place for fine dining. Polite staff. 16May: Service quality decreased slightly, but food quality improved further.
