Good experience over all. With cleanliness and hygiene environment. Situated near by to Railway station and bus stand. Easy to reach with nice hospitality. It's a worth money hotel. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food quality and variety is good.

Need to upgrade room interior and need to focus on cleaning of bed and sofa.||Food price is high as per quality matters.||Few things was good like as room service and Hotel staff behaviour . |||||Rest are good . ||This is my personal observation , might be differ for other person .

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Grand Sai. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. My room was clean and spacious, with a nice view. ||The pool and gym were great, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The hotel is also close to local attractions.||I highly recommend Hotel Grand Sai and would definitely come back!

Room was too dusty, Covers of cushions were torn and in very poor condition. Tea was good, limited parking space available in basement.

It was a nice stay, hotel location is good easy to find, Check inn was smooth nd breakfast was also nice..|If you are travelling to moradabad this will be the best hotel for your stay, and u should try puri sabzi in breakfast it was amazing......

Every thing is great room was clean, everything is great. I sleep well 24 hours electricity. I enjoy well staf behavior also was good. The infrastructure was excellent and many more. I enjoy every thing the food was also good . I prefer you should have try at once .

Hotel is at Prime Location, Just at Walking Distance to Railway Station & Roadways. Public Transport Connectivity is Good From Hotel . In house Covered Car Parking is Best here. Rooms Tariffs are Affordable. Rooms are Good to Stay , Spacious & Properly Maintained with Modern Amenities . I personally suggest my Family & Colleagues to stay in future here, it's Ambience & Environment feels like Valuable Stay. Food is very Delicious. Staff Behavior is Very Polite & Co-operative . The Best thing in this premises is that Every thing is on call 24*7 service.
