Hotel kothiwal palace

No towels provided, reason no laundry available. Rooms pathetic. Were not clean, the roof paster don't know when it will fall. In Washroom geyser available but no hot water availablity. No water n the washbasin. No Airconditioner The entrance to the washroom is also too narrow. My booking said with breakfast. No Resturant available and we were cheated as we never got any breakfast. The night care taker was good who atleast changed our bedsheets and pillow cover. He also provided a bottle of water. This place is close to Prayagraj railway station. Do not even think of booking this hotel. I would request oYo to refund my amount.

SCAM Hotel None of the pictures on OYO are real - It was one of the worst hotel. I stayed at this place for a night and experience was traumatising. Dirty linen: we asked the staff to provide clean bed sheet, which they denied. The guy names Abhishek was behaving like a hooligan who would speak and threaten the non Hindi speaking guest.|Toilets were dirty and had broken bathroom fittings, even the flush were not working.|In the end there was no water in the room and after multiple reminders (over a period of 2 hours) the owner/operator decided to look at the issue to resolve. Do not fall in a trap of this property.

Very dirty rooms, hotel staff's behaviour was very bad. They provided us a room, which was very dirty, used condoms were in the almirah and washroom. Bed and sofa was not neat and clean. Door condition was very bad as it was not closing. Room was very smelly. There was no cleanliness in the whole property. No staff person came to show the room. When I informed them about the room condition, manager said that the housekeeping person will clean the room in an hour ( just imagine cleaning is done once the guest check-ins the room and he sees used condoms there, what a horrible experience) . I asked for another room and they told that there is no room available. Hence, I left the hotel. My experience was very disappointing as I went there with my family. On the very same day, I called oyo support for refund and for verification they contacted hotel. The hotel owner totally disagreed with the statement and told that I informed that I asked them that I came here only for 1 hour of stay and after that I left the hotel and also he said many other things that he was giving me a deluxe room. But in real I only stayed at hotel for about 20 minutes. 15 mins at the reception and 5 minutes outside the room. Please stay at the hotel at your own risk. Not suitable for family or married couples. Only couples who stay for 1 hour for their personal work can stay there. Don't know how other persons at dropped good comments. This is totally a scam.

This is a very bad hotel and a scam regarding price. Atul Pandey, the manager of Kotiwal Palace, only aims to collect advance payments by presenting a perfect image. After payment, you receive nothing as promised; it's a scam. The room and toilet were very unhygienic. He charged us 10,000; we didn't check in. Seeing the actual condition, he did not return any cancellation refund. He also spoke rudely and misbehaved us.write as much review if u can he is scammer.

Very unhygienic, dirty and unsafe property. I will not recommend anyone visiting with family. Rooms are totally different as shown in the images over the internet.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.. Rooms are too small.... Not so hygienic.. Washrooms are of poor quality... I booked it through an app and they charged more than the displayed price.... At least they should provide a bit better if they are charging 1300 ... It is not even worth 300 ... Such a bad experience... Totally a waste of money... All I can say that I will never recommend this place to anyone even if it is the last hotel in the city...
