A very Horrible Experience – Please Stay Away! I had the worst experience of my life at The Heritage Inn, Prayagraj (opposite Allahabad High Court) during Mahakumbh 2025. 1. They first gave me a stinky, unhygienic room. 2. The next day, while I was out, they unlocked my room without my permission and gave it to someone else, throwing out my belongings.I just want to ask everyone is it legal to unlock the room of anyone without the guest's permission? 3. The staff, including the female manager, was extremely rude, using abusive language (mother-sister slurs) and even physically misbehaving with me and my mother. 4. We were left stranded on the streets at 12:30 AM, with nowhere to go.Just Imagine guys , you and your parent standing on the streets of some unknown City with all hotel rooms booked , no one to help , no one to call. 5. Despite this harassment, they charged me for an extra day, even though I didn’t stay. This is the worst hotel experience of my life. Imagine being thrown out in an unknown city at midnight because they wanted to resell your room at a higher price! ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I urge everyone to avoid this guest house. India must stand against such harassment.🙏 Sent the same message to Mr.Yogi Adityanath (Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh )and Hotel Association of India to block this guest house permanently.

Heritage INN near Allahabad High court. Very nice rooms and hospitality. During Mahakumbh mela this hotel is a good recommendation. Thank you to the hotel people for being nice and supportive. They are also offering cab services, sangam boat, city guide services at extra price. Good team & Good luck to Sushma,Adarash,April you are genuine and hardworking. Good Tea service Raghu raj pratap singh..(this name included on special request of owner).. In the end one liner...Lovely Hotel & Nice people & safe place during Kumbh time
