FabHotel The Comfort - Hotel in Civil Lines, Prayagraj

2 star only for the location as it is in city civil lines area and female staff behaviour in reception. In name of Deluxe room very average standard facilities. Booked 3 rooms for a family travel, but not happy with the stay. Small rooms, Smoking smell in all three rooms entire day, no air ventilation, no window, even lock was not working properly for a room. No amenities in terms of charges taken by FabHotel brand. Only rating given for nice food taste ordered in evening ( maggi and noodles). Few strangers inside the property staring my family felt like something suspicious, which was strange. Not felt safe for family.Hotel is like to keep your luggages, finish your work, take rest and leave. Will Not consider ever.

This was the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in India till yet. I booked a hotel on call with the help of MMT app. On the call, they told me about the price of two rooms + extra time charge till 4p.m. for checkout. I said ok and given a token amount. But when we reached hotel , staff behavior was so rude about the price i told them. And in the morning, staff has disturbed and wasted my time so much for the discussion of the price to be pay to them. I told them why should i pay more to you. My family discussed the same with the hotel owner as well, but they were not trying to cooperate it. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , don't plan to book this hotel.

The rooms were not clean, I saw a lot of red marks spit on the wall. The bathroom and toilets were disaster, toiletries were not provided. We had to request for shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash. The staffs were not friendly and welcoming. The original room provided to us had a lot of bad smell as if someone had smoked inside the room thus had to transfer. The only good thing they did for us was allowing early check-in.

We stayed at 401 & 405, but hot water was not released from tap at both rooms and maintenance personnel was expecting a plumber to fix it. However we had leave in the morning, we cold bath which we were not used to

Pathetic rooms horrible stay no electricity ac not worked whole night staff knock any time on the door without any reasons somebody came at 2:30 am and aks for matress that I never ask. Condition of matress and bed covers are like this hotel has been using for some illegal activities never stay here. One staff came in room for rating he was drunked

Booked room for 2 people for some court work. Its a okay stay but would not recommend such say for 4300/- for two days as Room was not very much clean, bathroom lights were not working, wifi sucks, ac had issues with cooling, some terms and conditions in breakfast as buffer system is not there in room service is there. If stay would have been some where 3000/- then would have recommended, but staff is good coperative, location is in middle of civil line, parking facility is good. If budget is good some where around 4500 to 5000/- then opt for some better hotel options like Park view or Yatrik and other. Many amenities which were showing on different apps like coffee maker, study table etc.... Were not present which was not expected. If you are accompanying any lady along with you and need a clean and tidy room then a big NO.
