Orchard One Hotel

This hotel requires significant refurbishment. The facilities are outdated, despite being functional. The taps, doors, doorknobs, cupboards, and beds are in working condition, but their age makes them unpleasant to use. The beds are comfortable, but the floors are not thoroughly cleaned. One of our rooms had a bathtub, but it shared the same issues as the rest of the room. The keyhole and knob of our room were damaged, so we were given a manual key instead of an RFID card key. The cost of the hotel is relatively high compared to the overall ambiance, which, as previously mentioned, is quite dated. The restaurant serves good food, but the service is slow. This may be due to the lack of customers we observed in the restaurant.

Very Poor Room' Interior, Damege bath tub, Seapage in Room Wall.. Unhygienic.. Not recommended to others to stay in This hotel. On complaint, no resolution no action.. Very incompetent staff n Manager

Earlier the rooms at this hotel used to be of great value to customers,but in the past 4-5 months it has deteriorated significantly. Their food and service remains exceptional.

My great experience orchard one hotel. Travelled with family It's not at a crowded place. space for parking, good rooms, good food great staff especially Food Surve staff Mr. Sonu bhaiya & team.thank u so much..

Not at all worth staying. Behaviour of managerial staff is very bad. It's better stay on road than staying here. Or i would suggest better not to come to prayagraj at all. Very bad experience. Linens were not neat. My pillow had hair on it. Bathtub was muddy. Floor of the room was not clean. I wanted to give zero star but since they are not allowing I had to give 1 star.

Rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was horrible. No flush working ,no hot water Door was not closing properly. Overall ba d experience at 3500 per night
