Rooms were pretty clean but very very small..just about to walk around th cot without tripping. The good was not also that great and they had the audacity to even inform me that I was free to report the same on Google reviews. Thanks to the management and their people who had been trained or rather been in sensitive to the so called social media .

Worst restaurant don't go there . They are running the restaurant but they have only one menu to give to their restaurant. They don't listen to the customer always in full attitude . They don't have crockeries on dining table when you will ask 4-5 times then they will give you. Overall Worst restaurant in prayagraj

Worst place to stay. We stayed there on 18.03.24, with elderly parents and elderly Uncle Aunt , took two rooms but got worst services ever. No power back was there during 4-5 times during power cuts. All senior citizens have to go up & down by stairs because of their faulty lift. They usually shut down their lift & need to request all the time to avail the lift facility. Basic amenities like water, tea makers were unavailable. Manager was very rude. Not recommended to stay

This hotel is an incomplete premises without its own restaurant or inhouse kitchen. Charging a hefty 9.5k for a 10' x 10' room without any facilities. The person in the reception gave a card with a number for a restaurant they are tied up with, where I had ordered 2hrs back. The food hasn't arrived yet at 11:40pm . It seems it will be my first night without food but still paying 9.5k. It seems that the staff here are not bothered with it. Be careful if you have to stay here.

Lucky enough to get a room in prayagraj at such short notice. Mr Manoj the owner is a very nice and understanding person. He helped us a lot with his team. Amazing triveni sangam snan.

I had an amazing stay at Star delight ! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. Best hotel in prayagraj 👍
