Absolutely Outstanding Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options at breakfast and impeccable room service. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine care the staff showed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Definitely deserves five stars!

The service and the maintenance are very well, the food was very delicious, i think they don't have a restaurant but they have a food service. The hotel is located above the pizza hut in the Civil Lines Road. The experience here was great.

Wish I could give negative star i would have loved too. Before booking we did not check negative reviews written here and we just went with their pics sent . They show something and give something else. They promised us executive room with breakfast included and what we got a very small room where hardly you can move . Upen telling them again and again too that please give us a better room what we booked they always came up with excuses and we were shocked seeing the complimentary breakfast hahaha 🤣 some bread toast without jam seriously? Just two options either paratha puri or this bread with butter but without jam. The bathroom was horrible. It was like 2 feet above the room height from where all water was slipping into the room. You have to literally wait while taking bath to water to go out then continue. I know they will come up with some answers guys as I have seen in the previous negative reviews where so cleverly cunningly they answered so please don't book this hotel online at any cost. Go and have a look and then you decide.. there are definitely better hotels available in this price. A big no to them they are just looting money making fool of tourists

Stuff is very cordial and cleanliness of hotel is at top notch. The hotel is located in civil lines which is one of the cleanest area on prayagraj.

Good location.I paid very expensive because it was Kumbh Mela, I was aware of this, but the pictures were good and reviews where quite good.What I found it’s a place that don’t achive the basic of clealiness, the rooms are quite old, not like in the pictures, it doesn’t have the basic amenities, first night they don’t even give me a towel… they even hosted people without room that sleep on matresses in front of my door… if you are that greed to charge that amount of money for the services you’re offering, you cannot expect a better review. That’s called karma. This place doesn’t worth more than 20-30USD/night, and just because the location near the station and restaurants is quite convenient

We stayed here for a night on April 4th, we had booked 6 rooms. Over all the stay was decent, rooms were clean, location is good. Food was decent.
