Hotel Milan Palace

There is construction going on in the hotel, so reception is shifted to basement. It is a little tough for elderly or differently abled guests to negotiate the access ramp. Our allotted room was extremely dirty. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The toilet seat was blood stained! The phone was not working, even to complain to reception. On complaining repeatedly to the manager in person, they allotted us another, relatively cleaner room, with a working phone. On the plus side, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Buffet for all meals and food was good. Wifi was good.

If you are new to the city and want a decent experience with good vibe, pls avoid this at all cost. Rooms were not even cleaned, after 4 hours of official check-in timings. They allocated us a different room which was still being cleaned. When asked about it to the staff they said that we should accommodate. And wait for some more time. The front desk person asked to take the refund from the 3rd party app and did not even for the acknowledge that they were sorry about the delay. By the looks of it, it seemed as if this was a normal occurance at the hotel and the staff was not helpfull at all

The stay were comfortable i enjoyed the services and room were spacious. |Reception and all stff well behave and provide prompt service nice hospitality given by all staff i recommend to everyone do visit and stay here .....|Kudos to everyone.

I stayed in this hotel in 2014 back then I was very much disappointed with the breakfast menu.The same green peas curry with Puri was being served everyday for vegetarians.They had very less variety of breakfast for vegetarians.One who eats egg can get varieties in breakfast but one who is pure vegetarian have to adjust only with Puri sabji and bread butter.I think rooms and location is formidable one who wants to stay at Allahabad can choose this hotel but without breakfast you can get many varieties of breakfast in local shops in Allahabad

My 2 month stay at Milan had been truly homely. Manoj sir, Roshan sir, vishwakarma sir and sneha ma'am and chef Chandan had been of immense support. Their warmth and concern made the stay memorable. They ensured proper hygiene, comfort and follow a customer first approach. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Allahabad.

I stayed at hotel milan for 2 months and the experience was very homely. The staff is warm and caring, they will go out of their way to make your days memorable. Chef Chandan Singh and his team is exemplary, their thoughtfulness and positivity is unmatched. I thank Hotel Milan and Chef Singh for their top tier hospitality. Would highly recommend this hotel.
