Super OYO Capital O Heritage House

One of the rooms provided were pungent and all mouldy. There was no towels or water bottles provided. The bedsheets were stained.

They demanded extra cash while checking and then they refused for check in and said it was booked full house . No proper reception just three guys seating ok chair and talking rudely. They denied online booking and say they are all fraud. You should remove these type of fraudster hotels from the group.

Very bad experience as what is shown it's totally different and they have not provided AC room which I had booked and cleaning was very dirty. Don't opt this hotel stay

Not bad place but in this price you can get something better. People are good and my experience is normal. In emergency you can stay here. Cleanliness-4 out of 5 Behavior-4 out of 5 Beds-2 out of 5 But in last guys are not judgemental.

I stayed in the hotel for a night. No visible board outside about this business. Bedsheets had holes, bathroom were dirty and not maintained. Walls were discolored, curtains need replacing . Don't stay in this hotel. I had a horrible experience.

Poor Hygeine / upkeeping of the rooms, dirty bathrooms. Forget sanitization...not even basic cleaning standards maintained.Dirty bedsheets.... Even after request to the staff, bedsheet did n't get changed. Very poor response on the room service. Fan was not working, even after several request nothing was done. Strangers were roaming inside the hotel premises like anything...someone knocked at my door at late night 12 pm. Very bad and pathetic experience. Never imagined with OYO i would have this pathetic experience. I selected the hotel based on the reviews of the property in the oyo portal, now i realize most of those reviews must have been fake. This hotel is no where close to be a good property.

Worst experience ever. Never expected this from Oyo. I book Capital O 76417 heritage house two days before check-in and my booking was confirmed from Oyo but at the time of check-in, hotel refused to give rooms saying all rooms are full. When i informed this to Oyo, they just said they don't have alternative and please arrange by yourself.

Location good. Staff courteous. And the staff try to help you. But two terrible things .... First the quantity of food. In a rice plate of 90/- they give you like 50 grams of rice. And same for dal for a plate of like 50 grams they charge you 100/-. And second the staff keep hagging for tips
